Frequently asked questions

What is an RFID card?

It is an access card that uses radio frequency identification technology. The two lifts give access to the entire ski area, with 29 slopes available, as well as the network of snowshoe trails for a departure from the top of the mountain.

The RFID card has an unlimited duration of use and can be recharged for all our services. You can therefore keep it and reuse it as long as it is not split or broken. If you already have one when you book online, you no longer need to go to the ticket office; it is automatically recharged!

It is 5$ to obtain an RFID card in addition to the purchased service. No refund is possible.

Are dogs accepted?

Unfortunately, no. Make no mistake, we love pets, but for a question of safety for all users and your companions, we cannot accept them.

I bought online and I think the transaction failed. What should I do?

Check if the postcode of your address is the same on your account and your payment card. The problem often comes from there.

The transaction will simply remain suspended in your credit card account; it’s like a fingerprint that you see in your account. Nothing is debited if the transaction has not been confirmed. Call us or come see us at the ticket office, and we will settle everything with pleasure.

Where are the lost items located?

Go to the rental shop, all the lost items end up there!

I have a snow scooter (a snowscoot), can I use it on your mountain?

Yes! We allow you to go on the slopes using a “SnowScoot”. However, your equipment must have a fastener and metal edges.

Can I bring my lunch to the mountains?

Certainly! We have a dining room with mountain views on the second floor of the chalet. Otherwise, for those who want to spend the day outside, the terrace is there to welcome you!
