Frequently asked questions
What is an RFID card?
It is an access card that uses radio-frequency identification (RFID) technology. Our two lifts provide access to the entire ski area, including 29 slopes, as well as the network of snowshoe trails departing from the top of the mountain.
The RFID card has no expiration date and can be reloaded for all our services. You may keep and reuse it as long as it is not damaged or broken. If you already have one when booking online, there is no need to go to the ticket office because your card will be recharged automatically.
The cost to obtain an RFID card is $5, in addition to the purchased service. This fee is non-refundable.
Are dogs accepted?
Unfortunately, no. While we truly love animals, pets are not permitted on-site. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of all users as well as the well-being of your companions.
I bought online and I think the transaction failed. What should I do?
Make sure the postal code on your customer account matches the one associated with your payment card; this is often where the issue comes from.
If the transaction was not completed, the amount will only appear as a pending authorization on your credit card. It is simply a temporary hold; no payment is processed unless the transaction is confirmed.
If the problem persists, feel free to call us or visit the ticket office. We’ll be happy to help you resolve everything.
Where are the lost items located?
Go to the rental shop, all the lost items end up there!
Can I use my snow scooter (SnowScoot) on your mountain?
Yes! We do allow the use of SnowScoots on our slopes. However, your equipment must be equipped with a proper fastening system and metal edges to ensure safe use.
Can I bring my own lunch to the mountain?
Certainly! We offer a dining room with stunning mountain views on the second floor of the chalet. For those who prefer to stay outdoors, our terrace is also available to welcome you throughout the day.
